The flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in our double room were very useful. the staff were constantly very friendly. the hotel was luxurious, comfortable, and centrally located.

location: the hotel was short walk to the market and restaurants, cafes, promenade and rock beach, and all major places in pondicherry. it was nice to have nicely furnished and well-maintained room with an incredible view.

The experience wasn't very pleasant as the room was dimly lit, with a dark entryway, making it hard to enough see. We also had to keep asking for more towels and basic amenities.
